It's official...I am now a Destination Wedding Photographer! My trip to Paradise Island, Bahamas was absolutely AMAZING! Eric and Lindsay are wonderful people and I wish them every happiness in the world!
I wanted to post some more images from their wedding now that I am home and beginning to edit their images. I LOVE the first image of Lindsay. I was able to turn her hotel room into a makeshift photo studio using the available, natural light. I love the softness in the portrait. The next images are of the lobby of the stunning, Rio hotel. It is a large, ornate hotel. The lobby is furnished with velvet couches, ornate chairs, huge mirrors, and grand floral arrangements. The image of the large mirror is completely my style. I would ADORE having my home or studio furnished like this. My hubby however, is more of a modern, minimalist, so don't expect to see my house redone in a Baroque style any day soon. LOL!!! He does agree, though, that it was breathtaking in the lobby of the hotel.
The last image is of Lindsay getting ready with the bridesmaids. See how her father is looking on as his precious little girl? Capturing these moments is such a precious thing. Lindsay's smile is gorgeous and so very authentic.
You'll be seeing more images in the next few days. For now, I am catching up on sleep, emails, phone calls and editing lots of files from the trip. Happy fourth, everyone!
